Homework

Fill in a questionnaire and keep a food diary so that I can build a personalised programme to meet your specific goals

Initial Consultation

Measurements and basic fitness testing form a basis for your programme and will be a benchmark for measuring progress. Probably our most important session!

Time to workout!

Training starts - sessions are flexible to fit your lifestyle. Time and place can fit your routine, my only rule is the sessions must be fun!

    It's a fact, life is hectic and with work and home life there is often very little 'me' time left over. We all know how important it is to exercise regularly, but sometimes it just falls by the wayside. As someone who also works in a large corporate organisation I understand that it can be a challenge to fit in regular workouts. I also know exactly how rewarding it is when you do make time - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

    I am a mobile personal trainer, which means that I will come to you so we can train at your home, workplace or outdoors. I offer both one-to-one personal training and small group trainings, which is ideal if you want to save some pennies and reap the motivational benefits that come from training with friends, family or colleagues.

    When it comes to staying fit and healthy exericse is only half the story. Nutrition is absolutely critical in any programme. Whatever your goals I can look at your current diet and give you advice on changes you can make to help you succeed. Nutrition changes can help with:
