I bit the bullet this week and bought something I’ve had my eye on for a while – Reebok “The Deck”. This little beauty may look similar to your average Reebok step, but it is so much more. You can adjust the platform through several angles, meaning that you can turn this step into a bench for weight training with resistance tubes, barbells and dumb bells. Couple that with the fact that you can also use it as a normal step and hey presto you’e got your cardio and strength solution all in one.
I’ve used it a few times at home and it’s great as there is really so much more that I can do at home now! I love how intensive my at home HIIT sessions can be with this simple bit of kit. So this one gets a big thumbs up from me
