So, I have some exciting news! I signed up for 2 fab courses today and I’m so excited about both of them!
The first one is pre- and post- natal exercise, which means I’ll be able to work with all you new yummy Mummies or Mummies-to-be If you’re pregnant or have given birth in the last 6 months it’s really important to choose a personal trainer who has a specific certification to work with you – so make sure you check this out before making a decision. I’m really looking forward to being able to help all those Mums out there struggling with things like diastasis recti, a weak pelvic floor and back pain, so watch this space!
The second one is an addition to my group fitness portfolio – Body Combat. If you haven’t heard of it before, basically it’s a very fast paced martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact and it can burn up to 740 calories per class – now that’s something to get excited about. Learn more about it here. I absolutely love all the ‘Body’ classes developed by Les Mills, they always use really motivating music and have fantastic choreography, so I cannot wait to add this one to my repetoire!
