Be at ‘Om’ with yourself

A recent study has shown that listening to the sound ‘Om’ actually does have an effect on the brain.  Researchers discovered that as the subjects listened to the sound “the parts of the brain used in day-to-day activity slowed while those involved in emotional awareness took over.”

So, if you’re looking for a quick way to relax after a stressful day at work the answer is simple: ‘Om’
