It’s great to have you on my page! If you’d like to know a bit more about me then keep reading…
At the age of three I discovered my love of dance and since then I have always been an active person, whether it be dancing, swimming, group fitness or lifting weights. I was born in the UK and lived, studied and worked there until 2009 when I moved to Zürich. I work part time as a project manager in a large corporation, but my main passion lies in fitness, which is why I took the plunge and trained as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor.
I’m not a naturally skinny person and I have to work hard to stay in shape, so I do understand your pain. A few years ago I realised that my weight had gradually crept up to 72kg (11st 4lbs) and that I wasn’t happy when I looked in the mirror. I made the decision to do something about it and worked hard both on my diet and exercise regime. I managed to lose over 12kg (2st) – bringing myself to a healthy weight for my height and I transformed my body shape*. More importantly though I have been able to maintain that ever since. I’d love to help you and motivate you to achieve your goals – YOU CAN do it!

I have always believed that fitness should be fun! I’ll let you into a little secret – I never really enjoyed going to the gym, so I can understand if you feel the same way. I have always loved group exercise and sports as they do not feel so much like exercising just to stay in shape, but are actually enjoyable.
My aim is to find out what YOU enjoy and start from there – there’s no point in asking you to run for 40 minutes if you hate running! Then, as they say, variety is the spice of life, so once we’ve established a base to work from I use a variety of techniques to help you achieve your goals in a fun way.
