How Does it Work?

Deep dive into the options

There are 2 options with the challenge: fully online or a combination of on and offline. Check out the details below to decide which option is best for you.

Online

Combination

Fully online is the perfect option if:

1) You do not live close enough to Albisrieden, Zürich to be able to to join the weekly bootcamps, OR

2) The schedule does not fit for you and you would rather complete all the workouts at a time and place which is convenient for you

You will still get motivation and accountability from the group and from your trainer and you will get access to all the same educational videos.

The combination option is perfect for you if:

1) You live close enough to Albisrieden, Zürich to be able to to join the weekly bootcamps

2) You need the added motivation of group trainings to push you to work hard

Days & times during the challenge

There will be a webinar at the start and at the end of the challenge. If you can attend the webinar live that is great, but if you cannot attend live it is not a problem as there will be a recording made available after the session.

FAQs

  • What if I cannot attend all the face-to-face trainings?

    No problem, some people do a mix of attending some of the group trainings and doing some workout videos at home – it is up to you how you do it, as long as you are doing a minimum of 4 trainings per week

  • Where do the training sessions take place?

    The exercise sessions will take place outside, starting at Bachwiesen Park, 8047 Zürich.  The location for the measurements sessions will be organised with you directly

  • I cannot attend the webinars, will I just have to miss that content?

    The webinars will be recorded, so if you cannot attend the live webinar you can always watch the replay when it is convenient for you

  • What if I already have an Abo for the Freilager Bootcamps?

    Your Abo will be put on hold until the 4-week challenge is complete

  • I have not exercised for a long time, can I still join, I am a bit scared!?

    Of course!  There will be harder and easier options for every exercise – you just need to work as hard as YOU can

  • Will I only be allowed to eat cabbage soup for 4 weeks?

    Definitely NOT. You will need plenty of energy for the challenge, so you will be able to eat plenty of filling and nutritious food!

  • How do I pay?

    Payment can either be made by bank transfer or in cash.  Contact me for more details
